Involved in the organization of numerous public offerings for private companies (including public offers of: PBG S.A., EMAX S.A., EXBUD S.A., BBI Development NFI S.A., BBI Capital NFI S.A.), in the privatization by way of sale of shares by the State Treasury through the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (KGHM S.A., IMPEXMETAL S.A., PKN ORLEN S.A.), organization of M&A transactions (EMAX S.A./ COMPUTERLAND S.A., HYDROBUDOWA WŁOCŁAWEK S.A./HYDROBUDOWA ŚLĄSK S.A.).
Since October 2007, Director of the Capital Department in TECHNOPARK 2 S.A.; since May 2008, Vice-President of the Board of BLUMERANG PRE IPO S.A.
