Participated in numerous privatization projects, including KGHM S.A., Impexmetal S.A., PKN Orlen S.A. and public offerings of private companies. Took part in the organization of many M&A transactions (including PGF S.A./Cefarm Poznań) and LBO transactions.
In 1996, worked at Polinwest S.A. Brokerage (Secondary Market Department).
In the years 1995-1996, V&P S.A. Brokerage (Analysis Department), in the years 1993 – 1995, at Wielkopolski Bank Kredytowy S.A. (Central Brokerage Office).
