Since 1987, owner of EGO, a private enterprise (production, international trading, consulting, organizing joint-venture partnerships).
In the years 1991-1994, Director of ELPOL S.A. in charge of the production and development, a Member of the Supervisory Board of DIORA S.A.
From 1995 to 1997, Managing Director of P.B. MOTORS (the main representative of KIA and ASIA companies in Poland), in charge of incorporation of the new entity, recruitment of workforce, organization of a national network of dealers, etc.
2004-2006, adviser to the President for Structural Funds of FORD Polska S.A.
2001-2005, Vice President of the Supervisory Board of Mazowiecki Bank Spółdzielczy.
From 2002, consultant of the National Contact Point for UE Research Programs – IPPT PAN.
Participated in the following projects:
In the years 1983-1987, managing a group of 17 craftsman’s companies. Product modernization: IRENA bathroom set.
1987-1990, launching the production of an original bathroom set under the name of DOMINO (award at the National Poznań Fair, 1 patent application, 4 utility models).
1993-1997, launching the production of a modern audio-video device under the name of WIDEOCOMPACT (partners: ELEMIS Polska, ECMI France).
1997-2000, implementing and starting production of a set of modern spools for packaging fishing line (10 models), partner: SJS Pologne.
Since 1998, launching and supervising the production and modernization of casing for THERMAL cash register, partner: POSNET.
1999 – 2001, an open-ended contract for cooperation and supervision over the upgrading of technological processes in the plastic components production for POSNET.
1995-2002, cooperation at launching in Poland of metal and plastic components for ROPLASTO window systems, partner: ROPLASTO POLSKA.
2000, participation in the initial design stage of a new generation of system telephones for DGT Gdańsk.
2001-2002, starting production of a new type of cash registers, PROFIT and MARKET for INNOVA S.A. company.
Published two books and 10 articles in the field of thermal engineering in the power industry.
