A graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty at Adam Mickiewicz University. Since July 2007, Vice-President of the Board of BLUMERANG PRE IPO S.A. From 1996 to 2007, worked at Bank Zachodni WBK Spółka Akcyjna (until June 2001 Wielkopolski Bank Kredytowy Spółka Akcyjna) in the following positions: Specialist, Senior Specialist, Investment and Securities Team Manager in charge of the organization and management of financial futures in the stock market.

Aged 68, a graduate of the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. Defended a doctoral thesis in 1974. In the years 1964 – 1987, worked at the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology as an assistant, senior assistant, lecturer and a dean’s proxy for student placements. Since 1986, has been performing the function of the President of the Supervisory Board of OMIG S.A.

Aged 46, a graduate of Cracow University of Technology, completed a post-graduate course in Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Management at the University of Economics in Kraków. A licensed securities broker, license no. 694, investment adviser, license no. 82. Completed numerous training courses in the area of finance and accounting.
