Marcin Matuszczak
Aged 41. Graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Faculty of Law and Administration (majoring in: Law). Since 1993, associated with various capital market institutions.
In 2007-2011, worked for BLUMERANG PRE IPO S.A. (positions included Investment Director and Vice President of the Management Board) and T2 INVESTMENT S.A. (incl. as Head of Legal Department). Earlier, in 1993-1995 and 1996-2007, engaged with Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (Wielkopolski Bank Kredytowy S.A), where among other functions he headed the Surety and Investment Unit.

Łukasz Kurpisz
Aged 68, a graduate of the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. Defended a doctoral thesis in 1974. In the years 1964 – 1987, worked at the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology as an assistant, senior assistant, lecturer and a dean’s proxy for student placements. Since 1986, has been performing the function of the President of the Supervisory Board of OMIG S.A.
