Participated in the management of restructuring and implementation projects. In the years 1990-1997, at the Softop Sp. z o.o. being its founder and a shareholder. In the years 1997-1999, Director of a Regional Office and in the years 1990-2000, Board Member of Scala Poland Sp. z o.o. In the years 2001-2002 a Board Member of IFS Poland Sp. z o.o. and from 2002 to 2004, the President of DIGICON Sp. z o.o. Completed numerous training courses, including team management and NPL negotiation strategies. From 2004 to 2007 President of ZENERIS S.A. responsible for implementation of the company’s strategy, and from 2007 Vice President BBI Zeneris NFI S.A. and from 2009 Member of Supervisory Board of OZEN Plus Sp. z o.o.
