Robert Bender - President
Involved in capital market transactions since 1994. From 1994 to 2007, worked for BZ WBK S.A. Group, recently in the position of Deputy Director of Capital Markets Department. Professionally involved in managing several dozens of projects related with the sale of businesses to trade investors, mergers, public offerings, management buy-outs and leveraged buy-out transactions, issues of promissory notes of private companies and local government entities, issues of convertible bonds and privatizations; the total value of transactions he has participated in amounts to one billion zloties. He has been a Member of Supervisory Boards of ZCH Wizów SA, Swarzedz Meble SA, Stalexport S.A., ATON HT S.A. and BBI Zeneris NFI SA.
