BBI Zeneris Narodowy Fundusz Inwestycyjny S.A. is a company that invests in enterprises operating in a broad sector of renewable energy sources.

We are a part of BB Investment Group of companies that invests in businesses operating in various industry and service sectors. Due to the current, particular situation of the renewable energy industry in Poland, which is at the initial stage of development and therefore is heavily stimulated by governmental regulations aimed at directing a wide stream of capital into the sector, we are perceived by our key shareholder, BB Investment, as one of the most promising operators within the Group.

The core business of our company is financing and co-financing of investment projects in the renewable energy market by taking up shares and organizing financing (loans and subsidies).

The company is focusing on searching, evaluating, preparing and executing investment projects aimed at producing green electrical energy and heat. It operates through special purpose vehicles, in which BBI Zeneris NFI SA and project initiators hold shares.

Apart from pure investment activity, BBI Zeneris NFI S.A. also provides services in the capacity as:

 

  • Shareholder in innovative technological projects concerning renewable energy sources;
  • Co-partner in PPPs in the renewable energy sources sector;
  • Expert who prepares and verifies feasibility studies and business plans; these services are mainly addressed to local authorities as well as to banks and financial investors;
  • General contractor for biogas systems (agricultural and recycling biogas power plants);
  • Private entity offering scientific support in the scope of laboratory studies for the needs of renewable energy projects, in particular in the area of methane fermentation (biogas) and optimization of biogas systems processes.
